Operate and program CNC turning centers to produce high-tolerance engine valves and valve train components. Work with tight tolerances (±0.0001") on exotic alloys including titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization for our valve and valve train component manufacturing lines. Partner with design engineering to bring new products from concept to production.
Ensure every Supertech component meets our exacting quality standards before it reaches the customer. Perform dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and documentation of results.
